Front of House Bistro Staff Opportunity

About the role


We are seeking multiple FOH Bistro Staff to join the Recky team. Reporting to the Chef, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Kitchen department.

 All applicants must:

  • Be well-presented,

  • Greet and serve our customers in a polite, friendly, and welcoming manner

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service

  • Highly effective communication

  • Enjoy face-to-face interaction with the general public

  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment

 


Duties include but not limited to:

  • Helping chefs with food preparation

  • Helping kitchenhands, washing up, clearing tables

  • Organized and reliable to work through a list of tasks independently

  • Effective time management and ability to work at a fast pace

  • Accurate POS use and EFTPOS / cash handling

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.

  • Understanding of food safety requirements.

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
